1. Membership Agreement
By enrolling as a member of Elite Fitness, you agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and policies set forth by Elite Fitness. Membership is personal and non-transferable. Elite Fitness reserves the right to refuse or cancel membership at its discretion.
2. Payment Terms
Membership fees are due in advance for the selected plan period. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy. Elite Fitness reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice.
3. Facility Use
Members must follow all gym rules and etiquette, including proper use of equipment, re-racking weights, maintaining hygiene standards, and respecting other members and staff. Failure to comply may result in membership termination.
4. Health & Safety
Members participate in all fitness activities at their own risk. Elite Fitness strongly recommends consulting a physician before beginning any exercise program. Members with pre-existing medical conditions must inform staff before training.
5. Liability Waiver
Elite Fitness shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from the use of gym facilities, equipment, or participation in classes. Members assume full responsibility for their safety during training.
6. Code of Conduct
Members are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards staff and fellow members. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of misconduct will result in immediate membership termination without refund.
7. Amendments
Elite Fitness reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or notice at the facility. Continued use of the gym constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India. Any disputes arising from membership or use of Elite Fitness facilities shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Navsari, Gujarat.
